Eighteen Years of Service ~ Citrus Heights City Manager

 

 

A wonderful evening celebrating a honorable Henry Tingle and his service for 18 years as the City Manager of Citrus Heights. Webinet Media captured the event for the Citrus Heights Historic society, preserving the legacy of a man who truly made a difference.  He managed to keep the city in the black and fight for the building of a new city with out receiving revenue from property taxes.
